PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS：

Application: This product is used with motorized and electric ultra-high pressure hydraulic pumps. It can be used for all large-area AC/UHV transmission lines with large section steel-cored aluminum stranded conductors, high-strength aluminum alloy steel-cored aluminum conductors (large-spanning conductors) and steel strands. The line is cut quickly. It is especially suitable for a large number of shearing of guide money in tension field. This product is also suitable for heavy shearing of hoisting and traction steel wire ropes in warehouses and construction sites. At the same time, low-carbon garden steel, power cables, etc. can also be cut.

Instructions:

1. Pull out the rear quick-connect nipples (two) and connect it with the quick-disconnect hydraulic motor pump (without separate connections).

2. Start the motorized hydraulic pump and pull the reversing valve so that the blade of the scissors moves back to the end (the reversing valve is in the neutral unloading standby state).

3. Pull out the plug, flip the knife holder into the cut object, close the knife holder, and push the pin in place.

4. Pull the reversing wide to cut (to prevent flying and hurting people when cutting short wires and other objects).

5, after the cutting is completed, the plate moves the reversing valve to make the blade retreat to the end; after the blade and blade are removed, the residual adhesive chips can be repeatedly operated.

Precautions and maintenance instructions:

1. When the scissors are temporarily moved or when the machine is turned on, the hand must not be put into the knife cavity to avoid injury caused by the operation of the hydraulic pump operator.

2. Pay attention to the position of the plug when cutting, and do not remove it during the cutting process to avoid causing the entire tool holder to be scrapped.

3. The bolts and tool holder flip fixing pins are made of special high-strength steel. Customers can not replace them with bolts.

4. After the cutting is completed, the blade should be retracted to the end, clean the knife holder and sipe, and remove all the adhesive. Put in special iron box.
